MBSR 2.0

A Modern Evolution of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

What is MBSR 2.0?

MBSR 2.0 is a modern, embodied evolution of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Built on the foundations of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s original curriculum, it adapts the structure to make mindfulness more accessible, more trauma-aware, and more effective for real-life stress and energy management.

The program blends mindfulness, gentle movement, breathwork, somatic grounding, and choice-based practices — designed to support healing, resilience, and inner clarity.
